Before the listing moves forward

The details live in writing.

01

Estimate versus written terms

Online ranges appear only when owner-approved data exists. Final commission, costs, storage, price, and expected payout are confirmed in writing before listing.

02

Authentication and review

Accepted bags receive an internal condition and brand-detail review. Selected items may be sent for independent authentication under the agreed process.

03

Listing approval and changes

The listing terms are approved before publication. The final agreement must define price adjustments, discount authority, and any required seller consent.

04

Sale finalization and payout

The proposed payout timing is within 3 business days after sale finalization and the applicable buyer review or dispute period. The agreement confirms the exact trigger.

05

Unsold items and withdrawal

The agreement defines the consignment term, extension, price adjustment, return timing, costs, and pickup or shipping responsibility.

06

Applicable costs

No additional cost is assumed by the public estimator. Authentication, handling, return, or other agreed costs must be disclosed before listing.
