KEERINPRIVATE CONSIGNMENT

FAQ

Clear answers for consignors and buyers before submitting or inquiring about a bag.

Questions

Before you decide.

What brands do you focus on?

The service focuses on Chanel and Louis Vuitton. Select designer bags may be reviewed case by case.

What is the commission structure?

Commission may start at 20%. Final commission, fees, and expected payout are confirmed in writing before a bag is listed.

When is payout completed?

The proposed payout timing is within 3 business days after the sale is finalized and the required buyer review or dispute window has closed. Final timing is confirmed in the consignment agreement.

Can I choose how my bag is stored?

The proposed process supports customer-held or company-held storage. Intake, handling, return, and any loss or damage terms must be confirmed before company-held storage begins.

Is every item authenticated?

Every accepted bag is intended to receive an internal condition and brand-detail review. Independent third-party authentication may be arranged for selected items; it is not represented as automatic for every bag.

When is third-party authentication used?

The item, available documentation, review findings, selling requirements, and agreed process may determine whether independent authentication is used. Final criteria require owner approval.

Who pays the authentication fee?

Fee responsibility must be confirmed before listing. The preview site does not assign the fee automatically to either party.

Is authentication documentation provided?

Available documentation depends on the selected service and process. What will be provided must be confirmed before listing.

Who photographs accepted bags?

The intended process is professional listing photography after acceptance and intake. The final workflow depends on the selected storage option.

Can I upload photos with the first request?

Not yet. Until a secure upload provider is configured, the initial form does not collect files. A secure photo link may be sent during follow-up.

Are purchases returnable?

The proposed policy is that sales are generally final and buyer-remorse returns are not accepted. Authenticity concerns or material listing discrepancies would be handled under the finalized Buyer Protection and Return policies.

What happens if the bag does not sell?

The proposed consignment period is 90 days. Extension, price adjustment, return, timing, and costs must be confirmed in the final consignment agreement.
